Here's What to Expect with Your Orders

We're taking a short break from the workshop and heading out for an adventure! We'll be back on the 6th April, and while we're doing our best to keep things ticking over while we're gone, we wanted to be completely upfront about what that means for your orders.

Un-customised products — things like stock items that don't need any personalisation — can still be shipped while we're away, so you won't be waiting long at all for those.

Customised orders, however, need our full attention, and we wouldn't want to rush those. Any customised orders placed between 26th March and 6th April will be packed up and dispatched on or around 7th April, when we're back at the bench and raring to go.

We know it's not ideal to wait, and we really appreciate your understanding. 

If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to drop us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can on our return.
