EU Information

As of the 1st of July the EU introduced some new laws to collect VAT from e-commerce owners like me. It turns out it's massively complicated and for a small business owner it's not worth the hassle or expense. However, luckily, some larger marketplaces like Etsy have a legal and accounting department that can, and did, figure this all out. So if you are in the EU and want a product from me head to my Etsy store and browse away. If you have any questions please get in touch.

FULFILMENT + SHIPPING = DELIVERY TIME

Fulfilment Times

We aim to fulfil all prints within 1-3 working days of receiving cleared payments.

We use a network of printers in 30 countries, which enables us to deliver to you faster, smarter and greener. Shipping is a bit variable depending on where you live. See below.

UK Prints

Fulfilment: 1-3 days
Shipping2-5 days (Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel)
Cost: included in price of print

I ship UK orders from the our design headquarters (my converted garage) in the Peak District. I use 48h parcel delivery service by Royal Mail. It doesn't provide us end-to-end tracking but is signed-for and insured. Your tracking information will update when they attempt a delivery.

All UK orders 'should' reach customers within 2-3 days of dispatch however at the moment we are seeing Royal Mail running a bit behind due to workplace distancing. If your package doesn't arrive within 5 working days get in touch and we will see what we can do.

International Prints

Fulfilment: 1-3 days

We use a network of printers in 30 countries, which enables us to deliver to you faster, smarter and greener. On average it takes around 5-7 days to fulfil and deliver. Depending on where you are in the world it can take a bit longer so please get in touch if you have a question.

 

FRAMED PRINTS 

UK Framed Prints

Fulfilment: 5-7 days
Shipping1 day (Parcelforce or DPD)
Cost: included in price of print

Our framing service is a manual process completed by a local framing company. It takes on average around 7 days to fulfil. We use a 24 hour courier to delivery the framed prints.

International Framed Prints 

Our framing service is the same one as our UK one. So it comes out of the UK. It takes on average around 7 days to fulfil. Depending on where you are in the world it takes various times to arrive. 

Europe.
Due to Brexit we are currently reviewing our European costs and delivery times. If you are interested please get in touch 

USA & Canada & Everywhere else
Due to Covid we are having to manually review each international order. Costs and delivery times are all over the place with some places in lockdown and some note. Please get in touch if you are interested. (In all honesty it's probably going to be cheaper/faster to get it framed locally)

    DAMAGED ORDERS

    I take every care to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of the products in some rare circumstances items can arrive damaged.

    My aim is to ensure complete satisfaction with your order and to allow me to offer a quicker response time to our customers we operate a photo returns policy for any goods received in damaged condition.

    Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.

    Contact me with your order number and a description of the damage to your product and attached photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product. We will contact you to arrange a refund or send a replacement item as required.

    Terms & Conditions

    Incorrect Address Provided

    If you provide us with an incorrect address we will ask you to contribute to the cost of redelivery. Depending on where you are in the world this could be in the range of £5-10.

    Refund Policy

    If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch so we can try to remedy the problem. I strive to deliver successfully on every order but if things are not correct I will be happy to issue a refund, minus postage costs, providing you return the goods undamaged.

    We cannot accept returns on custom items or framed prints.

    Please notify me (hello@englishcyclist.com) within 30 days of receiving the order, and we will sort out the rest from there.
