UK Prints

Fulfilment: 1-2 days
Standard Shipping: £2 and takes 2-5 days (Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel)
Express Shipping: £8 and takes 1-2 days (Courier)

I ship UK orders from our home in the Peak District. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel. It doesn't provide us end-to-end tracking but is signed-for and insured. Your tracking information will update when they attempt a delivery.

All UK orders should reach customers within 2-3 days of dispatch. If your package doesn't arrive within 5 working days get in touch and we will see what we can do.

International Prints

Fulfilment: 1-3 days
Shipping: 2-6 days
Cost: £4-8 depending on location

For international orders use a network of printers (using the exact same printers and paper) around the world, which enables us to deliver to you faster and greener. Shipping speed is variable depending on where you live. Get in touch if you have questions or want your print faster.

 

UK Framed Prints

Fulfilment: 5-7 days unless Express option selected in which case its 1-2 days
Shipping1-2 days (Courier)
Cost: £3-8

Our framing service is a manual process completed by a proffesional framing company. It takes on average around 5-7 days to fulfil but an express option is available to bring that forward to next working day. We use a courier to delivery the framed prints.

International Framed Prints 

Due to Covid we are having to manually review each international order. Costs and delivery times are all over the place. Please get in touch if you are interested.

    DAMAGED ORDERS

    I take every care to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of the products in some rare circumstances items can arrive damaged.

    My aim is to ensure complete satisfaction with your order and to allow me to offer a quicker response time to our customers we operate a photo returns policy for any goods received in damaged condition.

    Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.

    Contact me with your order number and a description of the damage to your product and attached photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product. We will contact you to arrange a refund or send a replacement item as required.

    Terms & Conditions

    Incorrect Address Provided or Uncollected

    If you provide us with an incorrect address, or can't receive the order and it is returned, we will ask you to contribute to the cost of redelivery. Depending on where you are in the world this could be in the range of £5-10.

    Refund Policy

    If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch so we can try to remedy the problem. I strive to deliver successfully on every order but if things are not correct I will be happy to issue a refund, minus postage costs, providing you return the goods undamaged.

    We cannot accept returns on custom items or framed prints.

    Please notify me (hello@englishcyclist.com) within 30 days of receiving the order, and we will sort out the rest from there.
