UK Shipping

Posters (Unframed)

Fulfilment: 1–2 days
Shipping options:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.99, arrives in 3–5 business days

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: £4.99, arrives in 2–3 business days

  • Express Courier: £6.99, arrives in 1–3 business days (0–999g)

I ship all UK poster orders from our home in the Peak District. A3 and A2 prints go via Royal Mail in protective tubes. A4 prints go as large letters. Royal Mail doesn’t provide end-to-end tracking, but your tracking link will update when delivery is attempted and let you arrange redelivery.

UK Framed Prints

Fulfilment: 5–7 days (or 1–2 days with the Express option)
Shipping: Courier, 1–2 days
Cost: £7.99–£9.99 depending on size and weight

Framed prints are put together by hand. Standard fulfilment takes a few days, but you can choose the express option to move it to 1–2 day fulfilment.

 

International Shipping

I ship posters internationally from print partners located around the world. This keeps delivery fast, reduces carbon footprint, and avoids customs delays for most orders. Framed prints always ship from the UK, so they follow the heavier rates below.

EU and America + Canada

Posters: £6–£10 depending on location
Framed prints: £20–£40
Delivery time: 4–7 business days

Rest of World

Posters: £10–£12
Framed prints (Heavy): £75
Delivery: 3–8 business days

Damaged Orders

I take care with packaging, but if something arrives damaged just email me with:

  • your order number

  • a short description

  • photos of the damage

Once I have that I’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

 

T&Cs

Incorrect Address or Uncollected Mail

If the order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned unclaimed, I’ll ask you to contribute to the cost of redelivery. This is usually £5–£10 depending on location.

Refunds

If you're not happy with your order, contact me within 30 days and I’ll sort it.
Refunds exclude postage, and I can’t accept returns of custom prints or framed prints.
