Grimpeur. Literally it means someone who excels at cycling in the mountains. To a cyclist it means Fausto Coppi, Felice Giamondi, Eddy Merckx or Gino Bartali. The real hard men of the sport. To me a Grimpeur is a rider who despite wind rain snow freezing temperatures will suffer more than the next man to get to the top first, one who has grit, one who has character.
— Typeface —
Created using a custom typeface, Elongated Sans, digitised by my dad, James Millington, after being found in an old type spec book.
— Customisation —
If you would like to customise the poster contact me to discuss. Customisation will more than likely add some the dispatch time. Depending on the complexity of the task a small surcharge may apply.
— Paper stock, sizing, postage and frames —
